a delay we will contact you either by e-mail or by telephone on your contact number.
As delivery is normally between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, it maybe more suitable
to supply us with your * work address for delivery, as the carrier will require
a valid signature on delivery.
*Please note that whilst we try to ensure deliveries & collection run as smooth as possible, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery or collections of items on a particular day from a residential address
Returns / Problems/ Cooling Off Period
You must report any shortages / Breakages within 24 hrs. This is so we can claim back costs via the relevant carrier
You have the option to return any product within 7 days of purchase. In some instances you may be responsible to pay carriage charge and/or a restocking fee. Please ensure that the machine is returned UNUSED in it's original packaging.
You must keep all boxes or pallets for upto 14 days after delivery, failure to do this will incur a charge to supply and deliver

WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
